My favorite part of training is empowering my clients with the skills to create their own workouts as well as developing the ability to self evaluate from day to day. Learn more about your whole self through your connection with your body. Stay on track with body composition measurements and nutritional tracking if that feels aligned for you.

Each program meets you where you are and moves you forward with intention. For other needs including small group training, please message me so we can create a solution!
This 60-minute session, once a week is best for regular push and guidance. You can incorporate my guidance for the rest of your week’s workouts, but our weekly session will keep you on your toes.

What you feed your body is critical for achieving the results you work so hard for in the gym. No matter your current dietary habits we can decide on a plan that will help you meet your goals. And spoiler alert; it doesn’t have to suck.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Grab a friend or 3 and stay committed to your fitness goals while having a blast! I can accommodate different fitness levels and different goals within this small group.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING
In recent years I have trained numerous actors and actresses for films and T.V. ranging from stunt training to conditioning for the demands of the shoot. My own experiences as a 2nd degree black belt in TKD and training in other martial art forms to 10+ years as a stunt performer to my many years as a trained dancer give me special insight into working with artists.
LIFESTYLE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Sometimes I wish health and fitness fit snugly into its own little box separate from everything else in our lives. But in fact, it is quite beautifully intertwined with all facets of ourselves. While I’m great with program design and cheering you on, I’m also pretty great with logistics and I’m an even better listener. Whether a one time sit-down conversation or a regular FaceTime check in, this support can be key to keeping you balanced and aligned.

I am have a national certification in Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise, which is widely recognized as an industry leader in the United States. I have been certified since 2005 with a small break during the years I had my children.

I really have a knack for modifying exercises to accommodate injuries, recommendations, and other exercise guidelines because of my understanding of the body and biomechanics. Therefore, one of my specialties lies in pre and post natal clients as well as seniors. My own background in sports and athletics gives me an edge in sports specific conditioning as well.

It truly depends on your interests and goals. But broadly speaking, I always include some form of resistance training (weights, bands, body weight exercises), functional training (compound movements that mimic everyday motions), flexibility, and some sort of fun movement for the client (boxing, agility, martial arts, dance, pilates, yoga, swimming to name a few).

For individual training packages, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of the 24 hour window before our scheduled session, we can reschedule within the month. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full amount of the session. Likewise, if I must cancel on you within a 24 hour window I will give you a free workout at an agreed upon time.

All sessions take place at my outdoor home gym in Woodland Hills. It is complete with all the equipment we need, pool, hanging bag, cover and restriction-free parking.
For an additional fee, and depending on location and time, I can come to your home gym.
